Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | 40 Hours per Week (Not to Exceed 9 Months Seasonal Term) Department: Maintenance Division Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview The Preventative Maintenance Technician performs scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to support the agencys annual maintenance plan. This role helps ensure housing units and common areas meet HUD NSPIRE and HQS standards and remain safe, decent, and sanitary. The technician uses mobile technology to document inspections, manage work orders, and support seasonal and Ready-to-Rent efforts.
