Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves the setup, commissioning, and re-commissioning of customer systems utilizing DDC technology. The ideal candidate will provide solutions to mid-level systems problems and work closely with subcontractors and other trades to ensure optimal operation.
Responsibilities

+ Provide turnkey project delivery on small projects with a budget of 80 or fewer hours.

+ Work with unitary systems such as VAV, FPB, FCU, small AHUs, and basic CW/HW systems.

+ Complete all required commissioning documentation and maintain accurate As-Built drawing packages.

+ Submit timely paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and project status reports.

+ Ensure total system operation from controllers to sensors, including loading software, setting up trends, alarms, and reports, and collaborating with customer IT personnel.
