The HVAC Technician III shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, apparatus, and electrical components of machinery, equipment and the site by following electrical codes, manuals, schematics diagrams, blueprints and other specifications. Involves the hands-on assembly and disassembly of component parts and machinery in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, dismantlement and repairs to all types of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and related equipment including refrigeration compressors, pumps, condensers, air handling units, cooling towers and associated controls, wiring and piping. 2.
