Job Description Job Description The HVAC Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers, chillers, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk-in coolers & freezers, and upright refrigerators & freezers. Responsibilities: Repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems. Conduct tests and inspections to identify potential problems or malfunctions.
