Job Title: HVAC Technician - Conditioned Air License Contractor

Responsibilities


+ Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of air purification units, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and related equipment and facilities.

+ Execute preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

+ Understand basic electrical theory including AC and DC currents, single-phase and three-phase circuits up to 480 volts.

+ Troubleshoot electrical circuits using multimeters; read current and resistance values accurately.

+ Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welding torches, vacuum pumps, and test equipment; maintain tools and parts inventory.

+ Work cooperatively with other mechanics, technicians, and tradespeople.
