Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
· Identify opportunities in segments like commercial buildings, hospitals, pharma, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
· Build relationships with:
o MEP consultants
o HVAC contractors
o Builders and developers
· Generate enquiries, follow up, and convert into orders.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Technical Evaluation & Proposal
· Study tender documents, BOQs, and HVAC drawings.
· Perform equipment selection and basic heat load understanding.
· Prepare:
o Technical submittals
o Compliance statements
o Techno-commercial offers
· Ensure products meet project specifications (ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards where applicable).
3. Consultant & Contractor Interaction
· Get product approvals from consultants.
