**HVAC Service Technicians**

Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking** to hire HVAC Service Technicians for Multifamily projects around **the Kansas City Metro** . The **pay range for this position is $25-$33** per hour based on experience.

**Ultimate HVAC Service Technicians Responsibilities**

+ Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems
+ Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly
+ Troubleshoot defective systems and make corrections
+ Identify and correct faulty equipment
+ Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork
+ Must be able to wire a thermostat
+ Ensure compliance with appliance standards in Health and Safety Act
