**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician**

**Job Description**

The HVAC Service Technician will service, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems throughout the Los Angeles Basin. This role requires a technician who can work independently in the field, perform troubleshooting, and deliver professional, safety-focused service to commercial clients. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime available as needed, and requires residence within approximately 25 miles of Glendale, CA.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a full range of HVAC repairs, including split condensing unit repair and replacement, leak detection, and system maintenance on commercial equipment.
+ Service and maintain self-contained units, VRF systems, heat pumps, and control systems to ensure reliable performance.
