Position Overview
The Residential Restoration Technician is responsible for assisting in the restoration and modernization of vacant and designated housing units. This position performs a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and general labor duties to help reduce vacancy rates and restore units to occupancy standards. This is a full-time position contingent upon project completion needs.
