JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: HVAC Parts Coordinator

Reports to: HVAC Service Manager

Status: Hourly Non-Exempt, Full or Part Time

Hourly Rate: $18 - $22

Summary:


+ The HVAC Parts Coordinator's primary functions are to maintain accurate parts and materials in his assigned warehouse/s and service & installation vehicles. The HVAC Parts Coordinator is responsible for procuring materials for service, installations and maintenance, picking up and delivery of parts to technicians and installers in the field, and handling all HVAC related warranty submissions / credits and returns. This position may require time in the field in support of our technicians as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- include and are not limited to:
