**Job Title: HVAC Mechanic**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC and building systems within a large facility environment. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operation of building mechanical and HVAC infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment.
+ Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to building systems and HVAC components.
+ Operate, monitor, and adjust HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems to maintain proper environmental conditions and system efficiency.
