Required Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.Full-time experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC units and related equipment in a large apartment or residence hall setting.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Recovery Type 2 certification.Valid driver’s license.Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an appropriate vocational/technical training program.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
