Pay & Benefits

• Earn 45 to 60 AUD per hour on permanent wages depending on experience plus 12% super
• Overtime at time and a half after 38 hours in the cycle, double time after 10 hours on any single day
• Saturdays at time and a half for the first 2 hours, double time afterwards
• Work secured until the end of 2028 with a strong pipeline already being built beyond that
• RDO every fourth Friday built into the roster
• 41 days of paid time off per year: 20 annual leave, 11 RDOs, and 10 public holidays
• Vehicle provided
• Premium multi-residential projects across Brisbane CBD and inner suburbs on 12 to 40 storey buildings for major developers
