Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:
Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews for ductless mini-split and heat pump systems
Perform advanced installation tasks such as line set routing, pressure testing, and electrical connections
Supervise and mentor junior installers to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations
Your skills and experience:
5+ years of HVAC installation experience, preferably with ductless mini-split systems...
