Position Overview
Responsibilities - Looking for an experienced Marine Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer.
- Candidate must have extensive knowledge of Marine HVAC system.
- Candidate must know how to troubleshoot onboard AC and refer plant problems.
- Must be competent to advise retrofitting and change of freon.
- Install expansion and control valves, compressor, condenser, and other components in specified locations.
- He must be independent and must be able to lead the team of technicians.
- He should be ready to work flexible working hours to attend vessels at anchorage.
- He should be able to write reports and recommend repairs, as necessary.
Requirements - Possess a minimum NITEC Certificate in Refrigeration Technology or Electrical Works.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical works.
