Position Overview

As an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning air duct systems, dryer vents, and assisting with kitchen exhaust cleaning. This is a hands‑on, physically active role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism when working in client homes and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning
• Assist with kitchen exhaust system cleaning (restaurants)
• Set up and operate equipment (negative air machines, compressors, vacuums)
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients on site
• Complete job reports and document work (photos, notes)
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and company vehicles
