- Operate, start, stop, and monitor HVAC systems including:
- Chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, and fans
- Monitor and log system pressures, temperatures, amperage, and voltages
- Maintain environmental controls for critical hospital areas
- Respond to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system emergencies
- Perform weekly, monthly, and preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Operate and document systems using the Building Automation System (Client)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical and fan rooms
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- Communicate system status during shift handoffs
