Transmission Cable Engineer (Up to 400kV)
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Transmission Cable Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on high-voltage cable projects up to 400kV, including both subsea and land-based installations. You will play a key role in ensuring the technical integrity and compliance of our transmission infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support transmission-level cable projects, including document review, factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning. Provide technical assessments and critical evaluations of engineering solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Construction Design Management (CDM) and Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations (ESQCR).
