Summary This position is located Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Office (VACO) Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) that focuses on the establishment and transition of human capital services for VACO staff offices from the Veterans Health, Veterans Benefits, and National Cemetery Administrations. Responsibilities Major Duties Include: Provides independent and sound judgement to perform complex, sensitive, project work characterized by a high degree of difficulty related to the Technical Review Management of Personnel Action Requests (PAR) within the Human Resources Management Service applicable database (HR Smart).
