Job Description:
HR generalist will assist in broad spectrum of HR works to contribute to business success including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, culture building and talent management.
- Assists in recruitment effort in order to meet resource needs of the business in accordance with the competency and qualification standards
- Assist in employee’s on-boarding and transition into the organization.
- Assist in driving a robust Performance Management process including performance appraisal, coaching, feedback and performance improvement plan.
- Generates regular reports such as on resource management, organization structure and list and others.
- Provides support in Employee Survey, Exit Interview and other employee relations activities;
- Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations.
