Act as an HR partner for business leaders and provide support on day‑to‑day HR matters. Support employee relations, organizational needs, and people initiatives across the business. Work closely with regional teams to support the implementation and administration of digital learning platforms and HR initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for external HR‑related vendors and service providers. Support HR operations, policy implementation, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration. Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and local labor requirements.
