Responsibilities:
HR general operation and support, on/off boarding, the salary and benefits administration;Perform all round of payroll processing and benefits programs such as medical benefits, leave management, retirement scheme, other insurance schemes, annual salary review exercise, annual bonus payment exercise;Planning and implementation of compensation and benefit strategies and initiatives which align with corporate strategies and needs;Providing human resources services by working with business managers to support their needsAssist in planning and executing various Ad-Hoc HR projects.Requirements:
