Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-09, you will serve as a technical and subject matter expert on military personnel management policies, procedures and regulations. Coordinate human resources and administrative support for military personnel within the unit. Serve as lead for two or more specialized functional areas supporting unit operations, ensuring compliance with Air Force policies. Provide limited supervisory oversight, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to lower-graded employees. Perform other duties as assigned.
