Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, and a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, review applications, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and assist with background checks to support effective hiring decisions.
