Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in North Jakarta. The role involves executing and managing daily HR processes, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing personnel-related matters. The Human Resources Specialist will also support employee relations initiatives, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with various departments to maintain a positive work environment is also a key component of this role.
