Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT), GS-0201-11, you will serve as the State's Training and Development Program Manager and advisor to key management on the full range of Human Resource Development (HRD) options for the workforce (Title 32/5 and Active Guard Reserve (AGR)). Provide HRD management advisory services to the senior leadership of the organization, including designing, developing, and evaluating major portions of the organization's HRD program.
