Chinese language is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities - Support HRBPs' daily work, including but not limited to recruitment and employee's allocation, employee relationship, learning and development, and incentives.
- Responsible for the maintenance and tracking management of various human resources data, responsible for the implementation of various human resources routine work processes;
- Support the implementation of tasks such as headcount checking and budget management.
- Support scheduling and organizing important meetings and activities related to HR business.
- Daily data follow-up, collection, analysis, etc.
Job Requirements - Have hands‑ons HR experience and be able to support the HR work of business departments.
- Data analysis ability, skilled in Outlook, PPT, Word...
