Summary This position is part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) at the GS-0201-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the agency HR Specialist (Classification) technical authority and SME and is responsible for planning and executing goals to accomplish position management and classification services in order to meet the needs of the Agency. Responsible for the planning and implementing the position classification and position management program for the entire agency and its customers. Responsible for the review and approval/disapproval determination of complex Management Change and Occupational Change Requests (MCR/OCR) submitted by management officials in order to ensure proper positon management.
