Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) at the GS-0201-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the agency HR Specialist (Classification) technical authority and SME and is responsible for planning and executing goals to accomplish position management and classification services in order to meet the needs of the Agency. Responsible for the planning and implementing the position classification and position management program for the entire agency and its customers.
