Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR Operations, Payroll Processing, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management within large-scale organizations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end payroll processing including validation, reconciliation, and reporting in SAP HANA
- Handle employee data management through HRIS systems such as SAP HRMS
- Process loans, advances, leave encashment, bonuses, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
- Manage pension administration for UAE & GCC employees
- Validate expense claims and process reimbursements
- Prepare monthly payroll, finance, audit, and HR reports
- Support onboarding, employee data updates, transfers, and employee exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements
