Regal Interiors is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruitment Officer to manage the hiring of skilled and technical staff for our furniture factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit suitable candidates for factory positions
Hire carpenters, welders, upholsterers, painters, supervisors, machine operators, and other skilled workers
Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applications
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Verify candidates’ experience, skills, and availability
Support employee onboarding and documentation
Coordinate with factory management to understand staffing requirements
Build and maintain a reliable database of skilled workers
