Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to support recruitment efforts in Hawaii by identifying talent with relevant experience and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-volume recruiting activity with strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring leaders, help create effective talent attraction strategies, and contribute to a positive candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
