Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll and adjust for changes
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
• Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Manage employee benefits and RRSP programs
