Position Overview
Our client is a growing financial services institution headquartered in Europe. Owing to rapid expansion, there is now a newly created role for an HR Operations Specialist to be based in Singapore.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as tasks relating to employee data management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, VISA matters, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Work closely with in-country HR teams to deploy key processes, procedures and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislation.
- Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence.
