A specialist Higher Education institution is seeking an HR Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will join a team of three to provide support on all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding β Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, job offers, contracts, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes, including probation monitoring and contract renewals
- Payroll & Contractual Changes β Process new starters and leavers, issue contract changes, track visa restrictions, and ensure accurate payroll updates
