Job Title: HR Officer – Solar O&M Project

Background of Project:

The solar power project is located in Bugallon, Pangasinan, Philippines.

The total installed DC capacity is 550MWp, and AC capacity is 450MWac.

The project covers an area of approximately 6.5 million m², of which 60% is hilly terrain. It is one of the largest single-site ground-mounted solar PV plants in the Philippines currently. The project has connected to the grid in March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

The role consists of two parts:

Part 1 – Local Recruitment & Onboarding Support (Initial Stage)

- Assist the Chinese HR Manager in executing full-cycle recruitment for local positions (technical, operational, and administrative roles) for the solar O&M project.

- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, local networks, referrals, government agenc...
