Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Employee and Labor Relations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Support implementation of company policies and code of conduct
- Facilitate investigations and documentation for employee relations cases
- Maintain harmonious labor-management relations and support union engagements/CBA implementation where applicable
- Coordinate employee communication and engagement activities
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support manpower requisition and hiring requirements for plant operations
- Ensure timely deployment of employees to operations
3. Attendance, Timekeeping, and Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and absenteeism trends
