Position Overview
**Job Description**
General **Purpose**
Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of activities, processes, and initiatives.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Assist with communications such as: monthly newsletter, weekly announcements, and miscellaneous communications.
+ Conduct hourly phone screens, create new hire folders, and participate in new hire orientations.
+ Conduct employee roundtables and stay interviews to gather feedback, track, and report out on trends.
+ Assisting in upkeep and filing of HR documents.
+ Facilities support as needed including organizing storage rooms, employee training room, employee locker rooms and lunchroom. Ensuring space is utilized efficiently and inviting to our internal and external customers.
+ Providing executive administrative support as needed.
+ Special, real-time projects as assigned.
