Position Scope:

The Human Resources Manager is a hands‑on generalist responsible for delivering full‑scope HR support for the day-to-day requirements of four (4) operating plants. Supporting a workforce of approximately full time 150 employees, this role focuses on recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations support, policy development and implementations, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with ESA standards and compliance in Ontario.
