Job Description:
1. Responsible for the human resource management of companies overseas and implementing the various work requirements of the headquarters on human resource management.
2. Responsible for formulating the annual human resources management objectives and annual work plans of the companies.
3. Responsible for supervising and guiding companies to establish a complete human resource management system, and improve various management processes, systems and standards, but not limited to compensation and benefits framework and policy, recruitment and grading system, employee training system.
4. Review existing process, workflow and enhance HR efficiency
5. Responsible for the implementation of employee compensation, performance, training, labor relations and personal income tax payment in accordance with the labor laws of the countries where companies are located.
