HR Manager
to take charge of all things people-related. This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with the management team and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive talent strategies.
What You’ll Do Hiring & Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job postings to interviews and onboarding. Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and attract the right talent. Build and promote the company’s employer brand. Staff Performance & Development Support managers in goal-setting and performance reviews. Recommend training and development programs to help employees grow. Payroll & Benefits Oversee monthly payroll and tax submissions. Ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
