The Plant HR Manager establishes the tactical & strategic Human Resource leadership at the plant level. This role uses accepted principles & practices of human resource management to contribute to the success of the short & long term business goals. They will be an expert in solving problems and the execution of objectives, while partnering with the plant leadership to support the implementation of company-wide Human Resource projects.
