Rainbow Medical Services (RMS) is a CQC-registered (Ofsted application in progress), nurse-led care provider established in 2002. We deliver person-centred health and social care across London and Greater Manchester, specialising in children's services, short breaks, domiciliary care, and complex clinical support. We are a Real Living Wage employer and a signatory of the GMCA Good Employment Charter.

This is a critical appointment as RMS enters a significant phase of growth. The HR Manager will be the single point of accountability for all people, compliance, and recruitment functions and will work directly with the COO to ensure the organisation remains fully compliant, operationally sound, and an employer of choice.
