The GE Aerospace facility in McAllen is one of our centers of expertise specializing in the repair of engine components used in commercial and military aircraft. As the Human Resources Leader at the site you will act as a strategic and hands-on partner to operations leaders supporting an hourly manufacturing workforce. This role drives Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes by executing core HR processes and coaching leaders on day-to-day people matters. Key focus areas include workforce planning and staffing for 24/7 operations, employee relations, attendance and leave administration, policy interpretation, corrective action, skills development, and engagement.
