Job Description
This Human Resources Manager role supports the launch and growth of a new manufacturing operation in Marion, Indiana. You will build the HR function from the ground up by creating job descriptions, leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for both hourly and salaried employees, and establishing core HR processes and policies as the facility scales. This position is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable HR professional who enjoys creating structure in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment and partnering closely with site leadership to shape the organization.
Responsibilities

+ Partner with site leadership to design the organizational structure, define roles, and create clear, accurate job descriptions for salaried and hourly positions.
