Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions of MPAS, including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations and communications;
Managing efficient payroll administration and statutory-related functions;
Ensuring proactive engagement with management of the division and other departments, providing value-adding advice, and efficient delivery of HR services and support;
Facilitating employee engagement with constant and open communication with employees of all levels;
Managing employee disciplinary issues and other related Industrial Relations functions;
Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities on employment related matters;
