As our HR Manager, you will ensure a high performing team by supporting our managers in the restaurants, handle and support our managers with all employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture. We are looking for someone with experience of being in a managerial role already, ideally in hospitality or retail, who can deal with complex HR matters and bigger teams. This role will have a Junior HR Manager role as a support, and the restaurants will be split between the two roles.
