Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for overall HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and HR administration.
2. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and local regulations.
3. Act as the key liaison between local teams and Headquarters (HQ), ensuring HQ requirements, policies, and initiatives are effectively implemented.
4. Manage the local HR team, including task allocation, coaching, performance supervision, and team development.
5. Handle employee relations and labor disputes in accordance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
6. Manage labor outsourcing vendors and HR agencies, including vendor evaluation, business coordination, and daily operational management.
