Job Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for overall HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and HR administration.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and local regulations.
- Act as the key liaison between local teams and Headquarters (HQ), ensuring HQ requirements, policies, and initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Manage the local HR team, including task allocation, coaching, performance supervision, and team development.
- Handle employee relations and labor disputes in accordance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Manage labor outsourcing vendors and HR agencies, including vendor evaluation, business coordination, and daily operational management.
