Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Halol (Pavagarh - Kensville). The primary responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations. The role also involves conducting performance management reviews and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with organizational goals while addressing day-to-day employee needs.
