**Job Description Summary**
This role will provide HR support for the Leadership Team and employees (hourly and salaried) of GE Aerospaceβs Grand Rapids manufacturing facility. They will provide support on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. They will build strong relationships with all levels of the organization in order to drive cultural initiatives and execute business objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Partner with all levels of Management to drive business objectives in a Union environment
+ Partner with site HR Leader to execute site specific HR strategies and drive cultural initiatives and transformation, including Lean fundamentals
+ First point of contact for employees and managers
+ Provide day-to-day Labor Relations support for the location including, contract interpretation, workplace investigations, grievance administration, etc....
