We’re Hiring: Senior HR Leader (UAE | Multi-Market Tech Platform)

We’ve partnered with a high-growth, multi-jurisdiction technology platform within the iGaming sector operating across Africa and the UAE – and they’re looking for a senior HR leader to design and own our entire people foundation on an immediate basis (within the next two weeks).

This is a build-from-scratch role. You’ll create a compliant, regulator-grade HR infrastructure that enables fast, disciplined scaling — without increasing legal or governance risk.

What You’ll Own:

Global Hiring & Employment

• End-to-end employment across UAE + multiple international markets
• Compliant contracts (employment & contractor) with strong IP protections
• Structured onboarding aligned with IT & security

Visa & Mobility

• Full UAE visa lifecycle management
• Cross-border work permits & remote work risk advisory
